Eat at Buzz' Wharf
  Maui -- Restaurants
There are endless places to eat all over the island. Friends took us to a new French crepe restaurant, La Creperie, the other night. It is right across from Foodland Market on the South Kehei Road. All our crepes were diverse and delicious. The fresh mushroom soup tasted like soup we've had in France. We are going back very soon.

When you are over on the north side of the island watching the surfers at Ho'okipa Beach Park, plan for a lunch break in Pa'ia at the Fish Market on the corner of Baldwin Avenue and the Hana Highway, right there by the only traffic light in town. Order from the counter, grab a table and bench, pull over the basket of napkins, forks and condiments and you are ready to feast. Their fish is soooooo good. They have lots of choices, but it's hard to get away from their fish burger with ono or mahi.

Go up to Makawao for dinner at the Makawao Steak House if you have a taste for some good beef or ribs. Or plan to stop in for dinner after seeing the sunset up at the 10,023ft summit of Haleakala. You'll be right there with the locals in this rambling old ranch house, turned cozy food mecca. At our condo you'll find menus and brochures for other restaurants, but this is just to get you in the mood!
